After reading ‘My Back to Basics Business Bible’ by Neeta Oza, I jumped at the opportunity to review another one of her wonderful books. I’ve recently begun to work out again after I fell out of my routine, I was really grateful to receive a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
My Fun-Filled Fitness Folio is a 57- page handbook that helps motivate and inspire newbies or fitness fanatics. Neeta Oza is a Yoga and Pilates instructor, as well as being a fitness, wellbeing and health lover. Neeta plans to motivate others into having a positive mindset that she has adapted to by getting herself into a good physical and mental shape.
Neeta Oza has done it again with another beautiful addition to her A-Z guides. Neeta writes from experience with a passion that you can truly feel when reading her books. I can relate to many parts of her writing and she makes me feel as passionate as she does just by reading her work.
I’m feeling very inspired after reading My Fun-Filled Fitness Folio and I can’t wait to put some of the tips and motivation I have gained into use with my new workout regime. If you are looking to begin working out or you already do but need a little inspiration, I would recommend this super easy to read handbook! It would also make a great gift for someone you know who loves fitness.
